To better serve you, reservation, cancellation, and rebooking policies have been adjusted as follows:
- Should you wish to reschedule an existing owner reservation with an arrival date from now until December 31, 2020, to a later date, we will waive any change fees and assist you with rebooking your vacation according to the rules of your ownership. Please contact Member Services for additional guidance.
- For bookings made through a travel agent, exchange company, or online booking platform (e.g. RCI, Interval International, Booking.com, Expedia), please contact them directly by referencing the phone number found on your reservation confirmation.
