Until further notice, Member Services will be open from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday – Saturday
In light of the uncertainty around the spread of COVID-19, we have adjusted our reservation, cancellation, and rebooking policies as follows:
- Should you wish to reschedule an existing reservation with an arrival date from now until September 30, 2020, to a later date, we will waive any change fees and assist you with rebooking your vacation.
- Should you wish to cancel an existing reservation with an arrival date from now until September 30, 2020, we will waive any cancellation fees and refund your EXPOs or vacation week back to your account.
- Should you wish to make a new reservation for arrival through September 30, 2020 we will allow you to reschedule or cancel your reservation as described above.
- For bookings made through a travel agent or online booking platform (e.g. Booking.com, Expedia), please contact them directly by referencing the phone number found on your reservation confirmation.
